Phase 1: Genesis Launch | 2025.10-11

Technical Milestones

• Complete the open-source protocol architecture and deploy the six core smart modules, fully compatible with EVM.

• Deploy the initial LP liquidity pool and the ODY supply-linked contract.

• Activate the dynamic monitoring module (on-chain price monitoring + rate-limiting scheduler).

• Launch the dynamic periodic release contract with built-in oscillation and input-factor control logic.

• Launch a transparent multi-signature treasury account with proposal-triggered mechanisms such as automated buyback and burn.

Product Milestones

• Release Dashboard V1 to display minting rate, burn progress, ODY issuance, treasury metrics, and cycle status.

• Launch the global genesis node recruitment program.

• Run system-wide testing and publish the network creed, mission, and principles for a fully decentralized and freedom-oriented ecosystem.

Phase 2: Governance Buildout | 2026.Q1

Technical Milestones

• Launch the DAO governance executor, releasing on-chain parameter control to voting users via the ODY voting mechanism.

• Test ecosystem stability through GameFi integrations.

• Launch the ODYS ecosystem token to expand protocol utility.

Community Milestones

• Launch a quarterly governance proposal system (execution threshold: 60% on-chain approval).

• Establish ecosystem tax logic and evaluate multi-mode ecosystem strategy (including transaction-tax USDT feedback to LP pools).

• Begin formal planning discussions for Odyssey mainnet implementation.

• Host the global launch conference.

Phase 3: Multi-Scenario Application Deployment | 2026.Q2-Q3

Technical Milestones

• Release Odyssey Protocol SDK V1 (Incentive Module + Distribution Module).

• Open ODY service interfaces for GameFi incentives and Web3 social distribution integrations.

• Launch USDT/ODY cross-chain bridge support on SOL/Polygon/Linea/Ethereum.

BD Milestones

• Deliver the first batch of GameFi/NFT co-development projects and test ODY-driven consumption incentives.

• Launch the Anchored Asset Chain to allow designated NFTs/tokens to enter Odyssey revenue distribution routes.
